We cooperate to embrace the vibe
Coconut trees wafting, swells ashore
Sunset dipping its way away
A child laughs in a melodious way
Jus a bicyle disrupts the birds song
Life is grand
As the clouds billow a darkness falls
Birds seek a new perch
The waves become ferocious
As I thought I did someting wrong
It wasnt me, its larger than me
the planet cleanses its selve again
A cruel ritual that takes & yet produces life
I too was afraid, shallow, at best as others lights were extinquished, I clung to material things
Shame & guilt suppressed me tho I'm only human, selfesh yes, I prayed
As i raised my head, new growth sprouted forth
The sky glistened, purged of her evil cloak
A new day had begun, as its done time & time again
I sheepishly embrace this season, as I know it will soon come again, the planet's purge, to obtain her new growth
